• Sale, clearance, or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

🔄 What Happens Next?

• Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

• If eligible, a reverse pickup will be arranged (if serviceable), or we’ll provide shipping instructions.

• After we receive and inspect the item:
  ✅ Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days (to original payment method or UPI for COD).
  ✅ Exchanges are shipped within 2–4 days after approval.
